The region is ideal for family holidays and offers much in the way of child friendly hotels, whether inland or along the coastline. It also offers much to see in the way of history, especially in the larger cities of Nantes, Rennes and Vannes, as well as shopping and dining experiences.

Brittany also offers approximately one third of the total French coastline with a length of some 1,780 miles, giving many opportunities for a seaside holiday for the family.
