This stylish, luxurious and exceptionally spacious (2,500sq foot) 4-bedroom house (sleeps 9+2 babies) is perhaps best summed up by the phrase "Everything
it says on the tin and more". As well as space, comfort and luxury, it's greatest asset is its fabulous setting just a few set metres from the private resident's beach in the Sussex
coastal community of East Preston, the UK's answer to The Hamptons, just
90-minutes from central London. The stylish
interior has a treat round every corner with sea views from the two doubles and
twin bedroom, a glamorous free-standing bath in the master-suite bathroom, a
new top notch kitchen complete with sociable dining area, a spacious lounge
with contemporary furnishings, WiFi, full Sky package, a formal dining room
with elegant French doors opening on to the garden, or the large garden itself with
its mature shrubs, wide lawn, dining area and a selection of kid-friendly gear
in the form of swings, trikes, ride-ons and even a space hopper or two! Such spacious and luxurious surroundings can make the
temptation to stay put strong, but with the sand and shingle
beach a few steps away, mini guests will be keen to head off on shell
collecting or fossil-finding expeditions, whilst grownups can enjoy picnics on
the beach or take a 20-minute seaside stroll to Littlehampton and its fantastic
East Beach Cafe. The strikingly contemporary cafe, designed by Heatherwick
Architects, looks like a giant gleaming mussel nestling on the beach and boasts
an acclaimed menu of local seafood, great wines and even kids specials.

Central London. It is just 20 yards from a private sand a shingle beach used only by local residents making it tranquil even in high summer. The local towns of Arundel, Brighton,
Littlehampton, Worthing, Rustington and Angmering are great for shopping,

The nearest is Littlehampton, just 20 minutes walk along the coast it is home to both the highly acclaimed, yet family-friendly, East Beach Cafe and, a little further on, the more old-fashion British seaside delights including a small farground with indoor soft play and bouncy castles on the sandy beach.
Travelling in the opposite direction, along the coast is Brighton (approx. 30-40mins by car), which has a great selection of bistros and handily pedestrianised 'Laines' shopping area, plus a pier fairground and lovely boardwalk with cafes on the seafront itself. BFB recommends Pinxto People,a sophisticated tapas bar and deli with chic yet family-friendly vibe and excellent menu including specials for niños.
