The house itself is set within the tranquil Trois Collines hamlet area of Pont Royal with two swimming pools nearby but within 10-15mins walk of the hub of the resort with its waterpark, outdoor activities, shops and eating and drinking areas.
There are many
outdoor activities to be enjoyed at the Pont Royal resort and in the surrounding
countryside from golfing, walking, cycling, tennis, canoeing and horse
riding to nature watching and exploring the wealth of history and
culture that exists throughout Provence. Guests can also put their feet up
beside one of the two pools and relax in the glorious sunshine of
southern France.The Seve Ballesteros designed golf course at
Pont Royal golf and country club is a fully mature, 18 hole, par 72 golf
course, extending over 6303 meters, not to be missed by anyone seeking
golfing holiday in Provence. There's also a new driving range for those with less time to spare, although the fact that the kids clubs (ages 3-16) are free, and usually well liked by junior guests, could leave parents with more free time than they might expect! There's also a creche for babies from 3-36 months, although this is charged and little ones will need their health records showing up to date vaccinations fore access.
The owners of the house clearly know what it takes to make a relaxing holiday with tots in tow and have put extra efforts into ensuring the villa is both child and baby-friendly. A pre-bookable (min. 7 days in advance) grocery and baby essentials shopping service makes light work of packing and unpacking and allows parents to avoid extra baggage costs since there's no need to lug suitcases full of nappies, formula, wipes and food jars. There's also no need to bring travel cots, highchairs, baby baths etc. since all this and more is provided as part of the handy 'baby pack' (full details in grey 'Fast Facts column right), plus a handy baby-sitting service will even allow for the odd romantic night out.
All in all, with activities for young and old, creche and kids clubs, spa and golf courses and opportunities for romantic nights out within a short stroll of the house, family-wide relaxation and rejuvenation is pretty much guaranteed!
A pool pass is now available at approx. 50 Euros person per week or 9 Euros per day(under
6's free) which allows additional access to the wave pool, river rapids, twin
tube slides and swimming lagoon. The passes can be purchased from the P&V

There is also
a new twin tube slide, crazy golf course, under 8's play area, children's
petting farm and 2 new volley ball pitches.
Mas Neuf has two spacious bedroom comprising a king sized double with bedside cabinets, dressing table and large fully fitted double wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet and large fully fitted double wardrobe with chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have space for one of the two travel cots that can be provided as part of the 50€ baby pack.
Downstairs is mainly open-plan living area with sofa, coffee table and
dining section which comfortably seats six plus a highchair. The lounge boasts a digital flat screen TV, DVD
Player, iPod speaker doc and WiFi broadband. The large fully equipped Provencal kitchen comes with
fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, electric cooker, dishwasher and
washer/dryer. There is also a good supply of crockery, glasses pots and
pans and cutlery etc.
Outside: There is a pretty private garden, facing south with a terrace, an
outdoor table, 4 chairs and large parasol. There is private access to 2
shared swimming pools available within the house's 'Trois Collines' area setting. The nearest pool is 12m x
6m and only about 25-metres away from the house. The second, is larger
infinity pool about 25 metres long and situated 100 metres from the house.
There is a large P&V wave pool, water slide and swimming lagoon pool

coastline near Marseilles is within 45-60 minutes drive and has a great
variety of beach types from exceptionally pretty harbour towns like
Cassis to bustling family-friendly beach resorts like Plage Bonneviene
(45mins), which has a great choice of restaurants and a kiddies play
Provence is crammed with stunningly scenic hilltop towns
and villages and Pont Royal is well places to explore all of them. A
trip to Aix-en-Provence for a drink in a terrace cafe along the bookshop
and tree-lined avenue of Cours Mirabeau should not be missed. Little
ones will love a trip to the Zoo de la Barben.
