Excuse the pun, but this quintessentially French barn conversion in the Lot has got ‘the lot’ as a baby-friendly bolthole for up to 16 friends and or family.
It’s not surprising that guests rave about the location and facilities at Las Cabanes. Set in a beautiful peaceful rural valley with wonderful views of rolling countryside and an impressive array of on-site facilities for all ages, provided solely for your enjoyment, the relaxation really can start the moment guests arrive. Whilst the kids enjoy the safe indoor and outdoor play areas and great selection of toys, books and games, the adults can settle back with a chilled beer or a glass of wine and ponder whether to relax by the pool, on one of the three terraces, or find a quiet spot amid the 3 acres of scenic gardens and grounds.
Kids can spend happy days just being kids, whether splashing in the pool, feeding the friendly on site animals, dressing up, exploring, playing cowboys and Indians, enjoying the play equipment, or cooling off indoors watching a DVD, playing indoor games, table football, snooker, or reading a book from the extensive library. The secure play areas with foam matting, baby gyms and toddlertastic toys mean that even the littlest members of the family are well catered for, so parents can truly relax. On that note, the extensive range of good quality baby and toddler equipment means parents can travel light, so even packing is stress-free! Guests can even order an arrival night meal or, as is often the case, several evening meals a week, all part of the service that owners Julie and Steve provide to ensure guests get the best from their break and, as the reviews section here shows, it obviously works!
