The Hideaway, was completed in 2013 and boasts 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. It is tucked away at the end of Barrington House's spacious gardens and has been specifically designed for parent-friendly holidays, thanks to the attention to detail of its owners, and neighbours, the friendly Smither family, who include their own brood of little ones. As well as a private entrance, two dedicated
parking spaces, contemporary interiors, two outdoor terraces, a private hot tub (from Feb. 14th 2014) and amazing views, it also boasts a great selection of toys and nursery gear, making it the perfect coastal bolt-hole for a large family or several small families holidaying together. Mini guests will love receiving an invite to meet 'Barrington Bear' over a picnic in his tree house, or saying hello to the Barrington bunny AKA Smudge the rabbit.
Grown-up guests will discover that the apartment has been lavished with attention both inside and out. The spacious 'lookout lounge' has lovely sliding glass doors with stunning views that open out onto an 'upper deck' outdoor lounge with impressive corner sofa, sun loungers and space for mini guests to sit and play or toddle about outside. Back inside, the huge lounge has the wow-factor with its nautical look and feel. There's a large corner sofa, numerous bean bags, a second sofa and even a kids corner with mini table and chairs and toybox. Of course the TV is flat-screen and a good 37'' in size with DVD player too.
Downstairs, the kitchen is contemporary coastal in look and feel with pale blue Charles Eames chairs, driftwood shaded wooden furniture and Cath Kidston accessories, along with all mod cons include such luxuries as a five-ring range cooker, intergrated dishwasher, waste disposal and Nepresso machine, along with the usual gadets and gizmos. It is a sociable room with central island and dining table, as well as access to its own separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also doors to the 'Lower Deck' terrace which boasta a BBQ and dining tables for both grown ups and little ones, who have their own picnic table.

There's a master suite which has been appropriately named 'The Retreat' thanks to its spacious feel, huge, custom-made driftwood bed, doors to the side patio and a glorious ensuite with both slipper bath and separate, walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a small but perfectly formed shower room with WC, that is shared between the two twin bedrooms, 'The Den' and 'The JW room', which is named for its trendy Jack Wills accessories. Both are decent size twins, the first having a coastal look and feel with oars on the walls, beach huts on the blinds, life bouy lamps and a sail cloth bean bag, and the second being more nautical with navy and white Jack Wills throws.
