This stylish bolthole is an ideal rural retreat for a family of four yet conveniently is just a few minutes from the famously pretty hill-top town of Cisternino and a short drive from the coast.
The villa was renovated by a renowned local architect and combines traditional charm with contemporary style and facilities. It's exterior blends perfectly with its beautiful setting nestled in its own five acres of fruit trees, almond groves and meadows, overlooking miles of olive groves and vineyards. The views are best soaked up from one of the elegant sun loungers that line the infinity pool, set a safe distance from the house but in prime position to enjoy the natural beauty of the setting.
Inside, the house is simply, elegantly, but comfortably furnished. The kitchen's clean lines hide all mod cons including and handy washing machine and impressive blenders and liquidiser for the chef in the family, which are also handy if baby is weaning. The single-storey design makes it particularly suited to little ones, with no need for stairgates, whilst a small stash of toys, books, DVDs and a baby bath, cot and highchair add to the Baby-Friendly appeal. Parents will be grateful for the handy pre-arrival shopping service which can include nappies, wipes, formula etc., which will certainly help reduce ever increasing airline baggage charges! The friendly owners have provided a booklet with advice on places to eat, drink and visit during a stay.
