Along with its breathtaking views, t boasts almost an acre of private gated garden, allowing for plenty of outdoor space for mini guests to roam, a summerhouse, 22ft infinity pool, large deck ,perfect for sunbathing, and veranda with large family table ideal for alfresco dining. Inside, the house covers an impressive 2000sq ft. Its bright and spacious lounge comes complete with cable TV, DVD player (plays UK DVDs), CD stereo system and a selection of books and toys. Wide patio doors flood the interiors with light and open onto the veranda allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor living. For those who are unable or unwilling to check out from 'the real world' there's a study area with desk, telephone and broadband.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms with fans, vents and vaulted ceilings, providing accommodation for six people plus travel cot available, with two additional sofa beds for an extra two/four people. The air-conditioned master suite with super king-size four posted bed and private balcony has its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double Jacuzzi bath.

Turtle Beach House is just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and one of the island's best rated fine-dining restaurants (according to Fodors Guides). The beach itself is a great place for kids to explore and play with soft sand and shallow waters. There's the coral reef to snorkel over and discover beautiful fish, lobsters and, if you're really lucky, a friendly turtle or a ray. Also nearby are the lovely Cockleshell Beach, Banana Bay, Sandy Bank Bay and South Friar’s Bay.
The fact that there's a good quality beach-side restaurant steps from the villa is a huge bonus for parents of young children since its easy to enjoy a decent, if early, night out with kids in tow. However, with a local Montessori nursery teacher available for babysitting, parents can really relax and enjoy livelier evenings at nearby Frigate Bay's bars and restaurants. Island specialties include rotis, freshly caught lobster, Mahi Mahi and other locally caught fresh fish, Caribbean rice, and delicious fresh Caribbean vegetables.
The carnival in St. Kitts is unique being the only one in the Caribbean that blends the spirit of Christmas with the colourful display of the nation's culture and its African heritage. Visitors flock to party and soak up the fun.
For sports fans, Warner Park was the first of seven new Caribbean Cricket World Cup stadiums to open and hosts some great games, whilst the excellent Royal St. Kitts Golf Course is with 15mins drive of the villa.
