The Cove beach at the resort is pretty but shingle, better for little ones is the Zias Beach Club, a few minutes drive (free shuttle provided) from the resort, offering a sandy, child-friendly beach. The Club offers complimentary sunbeds, umbrellas,and towels for hotel guests although there is a charge for apartment and villa guests. Bar and restaurant facilities.
Built in local stone and based on a traditional Cypriot village, the resort's 'Village Square' offers a great selection of restaurants and bars. Plus, a bank, pharmacy, mini market, flower shop, travel agency, electronics shop, gallery shop, optician and luxury boutiques. A convenient point for buying baby essentials like nappies, toiletries, wipes etc.
To the north side of the Aphrodite Hills resort is a riding school offering everything from junior pony rides to jumping and dressage, all in a beautiful forest setting.
The resort is 15 minutes from Paphos airport or 1 hour 15 minutes from Larnaca airport.
